Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease

Dementia could be a decline in mental ability severe enough to interfere with day to day life. The very commonly occurring symptoms of dementia are decreased inability to remember and think, emotional problems, problems with language, decrease in motivation. World Health Organisation’s list of top ten leading causes of deaths everywhere in the world, Alzheimer’s and other Dementias have 7th ranking. Dementia has overtaken as the leading cause of death in England and Wales over heart diseases. Alzheimer’s disease is 6th leading reason behind death within the USA and it kills over breast and prostate cancer combined. To solve the problems globally various dementia conferences were arranged to find a cure for dementia society universally.
